Refund Policy
Each product of AWinware Software is based on Try-Before-Buy i.e. user can download our products trial version before actual order. Using trial version ensures that the product meets your requirement or not. To prevent misuse and exploitation of by customers, we created a refund policy for our software products. This avoid making of false reason to ask for refund. Please note that license key sent to you after buy cannot be taken back and it is not possible to make that disable by any means. So we recommend buying the product after trying the trial version to make sure the compatibility with your Windows operating system and hardware.

All Accepted Conditions for refund are:
If found any technical issue and our support team is not able to fix that within 15 days.
If a duplicate order is placed by mistake or any other reason.
We do not refund or exchange in these conditions:
If you ask that any specific feature is not in product as mentioned on website, better to use trial before purchase.
If you claim that the order is placed by mistake.
If you say that you changed your mind after placing the order.
A wrong email address is used at the time of product purchase.
